The Robert D. Corrie Community Conference Room is the only area of City Hall available for reservation. Meeting Room A and Meeting Room B.
Each room holds approximately 18 chairs and 9 tables.
Additional chairs can be provided with advance notice, and are available in the closet on the northeast side of Room B.

The meeting rooms are conveniently located
The meeting rooms at Meridian City Hall are conveniently located on the first floor, just inside the front doors. Upon entering, you’ll find Meeting Room A directly to your right through the double doors. If the space is undivided, it seamlessly extends into Meeting Room B. If the rooms are divided, Meeting Room B is accessible around the corner down the hallway to the right. Simply pass the restrooms, and you’ll find a single door on your right that leads directly into Meeting Room B. The layout is designed for easy access and flexibility, ensuring a smooth experience for your meeting or training.
